How Committed Are You To Self Care?

 
Running a business isn't for the faint of heart. Your servicing clients, you want to start up-selling so you sacrifice more hours to build new programs, and you still have to take care of your family. CEO's we're putting in some work and even I have to admit that I can sometimes feel burned out!

CAN I GET A WITNESS? 🙂

When you’re an entrepreneur, everything that happens in your business affects everything else going on in your life. You need to be extra careful with your most valuable employee: YOU.

So, how are you taking care of yourself?

Whether you are new to your business or in the middle of a product launch don't neglect self care! It's a new season, not to mention we just got over the that back to school rush, all the while planning our biggest hustle year ever (2017).

Here are a few ways I practice self care:

  1. Connect with the right company - Surround yourself with like minded people. People who support your dreams and efforts. Iron sharpens iron! You are giving out so much energy to run your desk, it's nice sometimes to receive ideas and support from others to fill your cup. Join a new mastermind group.
  2. Set Boundaries - It's OK to say NO to others so you can say YES to yourself! Block off sometime everyday to practice doing something that makes you smile. I believe that how ever you start your day determines how it's going to flow. I wake up every morning between 4:00/5:00 am to listen to a devotion, or something motivational.
  3. Get enough sleep - It's a no brainer! I get that there's alot of work to be done. But there is no way you'll be able to keep up with your everyday demands.
  4. Treat yourself - What makes you happy? Get your nails done. A massage. Buy a new outfit. SUSHI??? Travel somewhere. Possibilities are endless...
  5. Meditate - Quiet your mind and repeat affirmations to yourself. Setting intentions helps you manifest a peaceful mind, and actually helps you accomplish goals. Prayer also works! <3

    • I am surrounded by love and abundance
    • My mind, body, and soul are connected to abundance
 
Commit yourself to self-care at least 2-3 times a week. Just watch! Your self-esteem and your creative juices will soar. What are some of the ways you take care of yourself when life gets hectic?
